Vitamins and their functions

 Here we give you information about some vitamins through which we want to explain to them which vitamin or element is beneficial for you.  There are many types of vitamins, but there are six main types.  Know a little about vitamins A, B, C, D, E and K.

 This vitamin is very necessary for the eyes.  Children and pregnant women need it the most.  Newborns can also die if they don't get enough vitamin A.  Generally, various diseases related to the eye are seen due to deficiency of vitamin A.  In addition, lung and respiratory disease, sinus, cold, fever, weak teeth and bones, weight loss, constipation, TB, dropsy and deafness may occur.  To avoid all these diseases, one should eat a diet that contains vitamins.  Like - spinach, cauliflower, radish leaves, papaya, tomatoes, carrot, mango, cilantro, milk, butter, ghee, banana and lemon can be taken.


 Vitamin A is essential for normal vision.  It stimulates growth in the body and protects the baby against infection.  One of the symptoms of vitamin-A deficiency is night blindness.  Vitamins are beneficial for your bones.  Consume foods like sour cream and get vitamin A.  Moreover, whatever you eat, eat in moderation.  Avoid overdoing it.


Key signs and symptoms

 The child complains of not being able to see in the dark or in low light.  This symptom is popularly known as night blindness.

 An irregular type of shape appears in the white part of the eyes.  (Beatot Spot)

 A foamy, triangular formation caused by disease or injury in the eye.

 Eyes become dry.

Vitamin helps all the organs of our body to run smoothly.  Although it is present in various forms in our diet, if it is sometimes lacking then only natural sources should be used for its fulfillment.
